1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CityFlow AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a municipality or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service
CityFlow AI is a municipal management platform that provides tools for infrastructure monitoring, project management, citizen engagement, compliance tracking, and AI-assisted reporting for South African municipalities and similar local government bodies.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Platform is offered under various subscription plans (Local, District, Enterprise). Pricing is denominated in South African Rand (ZAR). All subscriptions include a 30-day free trial for new municipalities. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
All data entered by your municipality remains your property. CityFlow AI does not sell or share your municipality's operational data with third parties. We process data solely to provide and improve the Platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload malicious code or interfere with Platform security; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other municipalities' data; (d) reverse-engineer any component of the Platform.
6. Uptime & Support
CityFlow AI targets 99.5% monthly uptime for paid subscribers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email and in-app channels during business hours (SAST).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in that month.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted unless required by law to be retained.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
